At Brains & Beauty Aesthetics, our story is personal. We are a unique mother-son team bringing together clinical knowledge, artistic vision, and a shared passion for helping patients feel confident in their own skin.
Founded by Claudia Sanchez, MSN, FNP-BC, alongside her son Joe Beliveau, RN, Brains & Beauty Aesthetics was created with a simple but meaningful concept: combining the "brains" of advanced medical knowledge with the "beauty" of aesthetic artistry.
One brings over two decades of healthcare experience, board certification, and the clinical foundation that keeps every treatment safe and effective. The other brings precision training, an artist's eye, and a relentless focus on staying at the cutting edge of aesthetic medicine.
Together, Claudia and Joe bring a thoughtful, family-centered approach to medical aesthetics. Their goal is to create a welcoming space where patients feel heard, educated, and cared for from start to finish.

Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 22 years of patient care experience. Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, licensed in Arizona, and a proud United States Air Force veteran.
Claudia's career began with a passion for helping others feel healthier, stronger, and more confident. She specialized in oncology care — spending over eight years as a chemotherapy infusion nurse and nurse navigator, and running an oncology satellite clinic for three years.
Her extensive healthcare background, combined with an eye for detail and passion for natural-looking results, led her to medical aesthetics. At Brains & Beauty, she blends science, artistry, and personalized care to help patients enhance their natural beauty while feeling confident and empowered.
Her approach is thoughtful, conservative, and customized — always focused on achieving refreshed, balanced, and beautiful results. Claudia believes beauty and wellness go hand in hand, and her mission is to create a welcoming space where patients feel heard, educated, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
Outside of work, Claudia enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, reading, and traveling.
Joe began his medical career as an EMT in 2020, building a foundation in emergency medicine where precision under pressure is everything. A recipient of his nursing program's Academic Achievement Award, he continues to work as an emergency department nurse, bringing that same clinical sharpness and steady hands to every aesthetic treatment.
Since entering aesthetics in 2025, Joe has combined his emergency medicine discipline with an artist's eye for detail. He's focused on patient safety, clinical protocols, and natural-looking results — performing every treatment with the exactness of someone trained for moments when it matters most.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys biking, the gym, volunteering, and — above all — being a dad.
